Madalynn Learn
Madalynn Learn is a dedicated client intake paralegal with a strong passion for the legal field and helping clients navigate important moments in their lives. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Criminal Justice with a minor in American Law, reflecting her longstanding interest in the legal profession and commitment to client advocacy. Madalynn is also currently attending law school, further advancing her legal knowledge and dedication to serving clients effectively. In her position, Madalynn works closely with prospective and existing clients, assists with case intake procedures, and supports the preparation and organization of legal documentation. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Madalynn enjoys spending time with her dog, Dax.
Elisa Cha
Elisa Cha is an experienced litigation paralegal who has supported the handling of a broad range of claims, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence/abuse, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and products liability cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Groen Strokoff O’Neill LLP, she worked with several Philadelphia-area firms representing individuals in complex and catastrophic injury matters.
At Groen Strokoff O’Neill, Elisa assists in all phases of case management from intake through resolution. Her experience includes client communication and intake, medical record procurement and review, investigation, discovery coordination, pre-litigation and litigation support, coverage-related matters, and filings in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. Elisa is known for her attention to detail, strong client communication, and ability to efficiently manage complex cases through all stages of litigation. She is committed to providing organized, responsive, and compassionate support to clients throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Elisa enjoys living in Philadelphia and taking advantage of everything the city has to offer.
Jessica Stepanukha
Jessica is an experienced paralegal with a background in personal injury, consumer protection, and civil litigation. She has worked for both plaintiff and defense firms, managing complex cases, drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. She earned her degree from York College of Pennsylvania and has future aspirations within the legal profession. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, gardening and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles.
Mike Adams
Mike Adams is a seasoned litigation paralegal with more than a decade of experience supporting plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He has worked across every stage of the litigation process and is committed to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident as their cases move forward. Mike’s background also includes serving as the Legal Clinic Director for the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia, where he helped expand access to legal services for underserved communities.
Outside the office, Mike enjoys life with his wife, their two young children, and three energetic cats. He’s an active part of the leadership of a church in the Hunting Park neighborhood of Philadelphia and unwinds by listening to music and catching up on his favorite TV shows.
